EXPERIENCE & CREATIVITY

Employing the world’s best craftsmen for generations

With foundations firmly rooted in Bradford since 1890, Stanley Mills Weavers is still weaving in the same location, a testament to our continued ability to adapt and innovate to our customer’s needs.

Today, our cloth is produced by high quality and efficient processes integrating the traditional qualities of craftsmanship with the latest innovation and product development. This wouldn’t be possible without the experience of our team who are dedicated to producing the highest quality products and offering the best service.

SKILLED PEOPLE

Since 1890 Stanley Mills Weavers has trained and developed an extremely skilled workforce and continues to attract the brightest and best experts in all departments across the mill.

Enlisting local people who have honed their craft with us over many years (and in some cases decades), they rank highly through their passion, professionalism, and determined dedication to producing cloth of the highest calibre.

Whilst we maintain traditional skills and values, we have a very modern approach to cloth production. Young people are the future of our business, and we offer the opportunity to learn unique skills throughout the whole production process ranging from warping and weaving through to quality control and despatch. We provide on the job training and mentoring to ensure we continue to have a dedicated and skilled team for generations to come.

GLOBALLY RECOGNISED

Stanley Mills has gained a respected position both locally and globally with the world’s luxury fashion brands making us a principle English weaver for their suiting and jacketing cloth.

Our continually growing reach is truly global from supplying branded selvedge fabrics to the Gulf States, Europe and to the far east including China, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong where our cloths are famous wherever worn.
